Total Security Hub provides the sale of CCTV systems, security equipment, and related accessories along with installation, maintenance, and after-sales support services. All orders must be confirmed in writing or electronically, and payment terms are as agreed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Company will make every effort to deliver and install products within the agreed timeframe; however, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will not render the Company liable. Customers must ensure the site is ready for installation before the scheduled date. Products sold by the Company come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. The Company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty products or services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring the safety of installed equipment, and acknowledging that unauthorized tampering voids the warranty. Orders can be canceled before dispatch or installation, subject to cancellation charges. Refunds for faulty products will be processed as per the return policy. The Company respects customer privacy and will not disclose any personal information to third parties, except as required by law.
